    Terms & Conditions

    1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of theaurion.com and every booking of accommodation offered by The Aurion (fada alibtikar alawla Company, Commercial Registration No. 7044181357, VAT Registration No. 312929472800003), a company operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("we", "us", "our").

Every property on our platform is owned and operated by us — there are no third-party hosts. Your booking contract is directly with us. By using the site or completing a booking, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

    2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a booking, and the information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

Sign-in is passwordless: we send a one-time code and secure sign-in link to your email address. You are responsible for keeping your email inbox secure — any booking or action taken through your account after a successful sign-in is treated as made by you. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

We may suspend or close accounts used fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these terms.

    3. Bookings and payment

A booking exists only once your payment has been completed in full. Until payment succeeds, no reservation is held and availability is not guaranteed. Once payment is confirmed, we send a booking confirmation to your email address.

Payments are made by card and handled by our payment processor. Your card details are sent directly to the processor over a secure connection — we never see or store your card number.

When a booking is arranged for you by our team or an authorised partner, you will receive a secure payment link. The link expires after a limited time, and the reservation is only confirmed once the payment succeeds.

    4. Prices, currency and VAT

Prices are set in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Where we offer payment in US Dollars (USD), the amount is converted at our published exchange rate. The exact amount and currency you will be charged are always shown before you pay.

All displayed prices include value-added tax (VAT), currently 15%. The VAT amount contained in your total is shown on your booking confirmation.

    5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a booking free of charge up until 48 hours before check-in. The deadline is measured against the property's check-in time, in Riyadh time (AST, UTC+3).

    • Before the deadline: you receive a full refund to your original payment method, issued automatically when you cancel. Depending on your bank, the refund may take several business days to appear on your statement.
    • At or after the deadline: the booking is non-refundable.
    • No-shows and early departures: failing to arrive, or leaving before your check-out date, does not entitle you to a refund for unused nights.
    • We do not offer partial refunds — a cancellation is either fully refundable (before the deadline) or non-refundable (after it).

In the rare event that we must cancel your booking — for example, for operational reasons or events beyond our control — we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the full amount you paid. That refund is the full extent of our liability for such a cancellation.

If exceptional circumstances prevent you from travelling, contact us — refunds outside this policy are at our discretion.

    6. Check-in, check-out and guest conduct

Please respect the property's stated check-in and check-out times. The number of guests staying must not exceed the number stated on your booking.

During your stay you must follow the property's house rules and comply with the laws and customs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents caused by you or your guests, and we may charge you the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.

We may refuse entry or end a stay without refund where a guest seriously breaches these terms, the house rules, or applicable law, or endangers the safety or comfort of others.

    7. Our liability

We provide the site and our accommodation services with reasonable skill and care, but the site itself is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or missed travel connections. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

    8. Intellectual property

The Aurion name, brand, and all content on the site — including text, photography, and video — belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our prior written permission.

    9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its "Last updated" date. Changes apply to bookings made after they take effect. Each confirmed booking keeps the cancellation deadline and legal-document versions accepted when it was made. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms for future use and bookings.

    10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute that we cannot resolve together amicably will be referred to the competent courts and judicial authorities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

    11. Contact us

Questions about these terms or an existing booking? Write to us at support@theaurion.com.
