We stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect. The staff is very helpful and takes initiative. The room was very comfortable to stay in and we enjoyed the calm atmosphere. Next Umrah again inshallah!

The hotel was new, clean, and well-organized, making our stay very comfortable. One of the highlights was the complimentary refreshments provided, including fresh fruits, dates, extra bottled water, soft drinks, and holy Zamzam water — a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. The breakfast options were a little limited, but everything was tasty. They also have a coffee machine where you can prepare your preferred coffee, which was a nice addition. The receptionist was polite, friendly, and cooperative, making the overall experience even better. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great cleanliness, thoughtful hospitality, and good service. Highly recommended!

There’s no hotel like it in Madinah! The rooms are impeccable, the cleanliness is top, and there’s always a good scent from the moment you enter the lobby - you get a true feeling of being in a premium or luxury hotel. And the best part is that it’s outside of the overcrowdedness of the markaziyah - while being close enough to the Prophet’s Masjid (ﷺ) - only 5 mins drive by car. Once you stay at Aurion you may never be able to stay anywhere else! Allahumma baarik!

I stayed for 4 nights. It was a very pleasant and peaceful stay. The breakfast is basic but good. Rooms are very very clean loaded with toiletries and everything you need. Staff were very helpful and humble. Kindly maintain your standard as it is. Location is good and convenient. Very short drive to all the mosques.

Room was clean, but there was a slight unpleasant smell. It is far from Nabawi Masjid, there should be bus service to and from Masjid.

Highly recommend this hotel. It is a new, nice, and clean place to stay. The hotel is fresh and comfortable, and it is also close to Al Haram. A very good choice for anyone visiting the area.

Fantastic stay! The hotel was very clean, the staff were welcoming and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Prophet’s Mosque was just 5–10 minutes away, and getting around with Uber was quick and easy. I felt genuinely well looked after during my entire stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect hotel for travelers and families visiting Madinah. Only 4 minutes by car to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi.
